We just completed our refinancing process successfully. Many thanks to Lyn Tinsley who helped us go through the process and close the escrow quickly and smoothly.
Lyn was on top of everything throughout the process. She was always respectful of my time and worked very quickly and professionally to get our loan closed. It only took just over 30 days from my first call to closing.
Lyn was very attentive and prompt to respond. In addition she set the expectations of LONG DELAYS in the process (and she was not joking) due to COVID-19
Lynn was very professional and worked hard to get things done. They sent a contractor to our house for closing. Which took just over an hour. Thank you for the follow through during this process.

I won many company awards and I have learned the industry from a customer's perspective inside and out. I can now use what I have learned over the last several years to make the process smooth and pleasant for the customer on the loan side of the process. I am from a small town right outside of Louisville, Kentucky called Shelbyville. I attended the University of Louisville and in-turn become a diehard Card. My hobbies include anything that involves the outdoors especially being on the water- swimming, boating, and jet skiing.
