Better communication between us and the underwriters needs etc.
Interaction with Lyn was very good!
The continual conveyance of our info to other levels in the process was rather complicated and time consuming though.
Often we received duplicate requests which possibly could have been more streamlined.
Lyn has been the easiest loan originator to work with. She is always looking out for my best interest. She makes refinancing a piece of cake and I trust her completely.
Lyn was very informative and she even answered me when she was on vacation when I had a question. She replied back quickly!
MY QUESTIONS OR ISSUES WERE ALWAYS ADDRESSED IN A TIMELY MANNER. LYN LOOKED INTO EVERY OPTION TO GET THE BEST LOAN FOR ME AND WAS ALWAYS WORKING AROUND THE CLOCK FOR ME. A VERY PROFESSIONAL PERSON.

I was a real-estate agent for years prior to starting with AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation as a Mortgage Loan Originator. I won many company awards and I have learned the industry from a customer's perspective inside and out. I can now use what I have learned over the last several years to make the process smooth and pleasant for the customer on the loan side of the process. I am from a small town right outside of Louisville, Kentucky called Shelbyville. I attended the University of Louisville and in-turn become a diehard Card. My hobbies include anything that involves the outdoors especially being on the water- swimming, boating, and jet skiing.
