Overall, I had timely, pleasant and clear communication from everyone at Amerisave. The website and their use of text, email and phone helped to make the process of refinancing very simple.

Overall experience was great - There is some improvement to be made within the portal that is used to track the loan progress but very happy overall.

I can now use what I have learned over the last several years to make the process smooth and pleasant for the customer on the loan side of the process. I am from a small town right outside of Louisville, Kentucky called Shelbyville. I attended the University of Louisville and in-turn become a diehard Card. My hobbies include anything that involves the outdoors especially being on the water- swimming, boating, and jet skiing.
