As long as Lora Wait is connected with John Houston Homes I cannot recommend her or Trinity Oaks Mortgage.
Lora and everyone that she connected us with were quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. With input from Lora we were able to avoid overpaying on home insurance. From start to finish it took less than 30 days to purchase our new home.
