I appreciate my experience with CrossCounty. I worked mostly with Robert. He was very good at explaining the loan process and instruct me. He was available when I needed him and alway helpful.

I didn't realize how much work is needed to get a loan. Everyone was very helpful and returned my calls and text messsges prompty. They were kind and patient with me. Being older I do prefer the old way of face to face rather than email, etc....
