Overall, the service and the support was excellent. For some reason, evey time we finance/refinance, there are always little hiccups in the process for us. Luis was excellent and the mortgage process was very fast form start to close.

Luis was readily available to andwer any of my questions. He was reassuring and kind throughout the entire proces. He paid attention to my needs and worked to satisfy them. He was knowledgeable and trustworth.
