Very organized, detailed in all explanations and professional.
Lucas and his team are very helpful and responsive. Even after work hours or on the weekend Lucas would help us with whatever we needed.
It was a lot of work for me for a small loan. Not sure if there is a way to streamline the process. May have been just as difficult somewhere else. I just don't remember having to do so much and provide so much with past home purchases.
Lucas and everyone at Fairway were amazing throughout the process of getting our home loan. As first-time home buyers, we could be more grateful for the personal touch they provided.
