Communication was clear and responses were quick. I appreciate how we were walked through the process. New requirements because of COVID-19 were explained. Very professional!
Some challenges with swapping of the e-mails for Heather and David so correspondence was unique but, the process was rather smooth. The rate was great. The close was fast. Very positive experience.
