Lou was always available to speak with and answer any questions I had. I am a first time home buyer and Lou made the process easy to understand.
Very quick closing timeline. Made sending documents very easy. Very clear on what would be needed. Only confusing part was several people asking for the same documents, and not being clear who/if all needed them separately.
Lou is THE BEST!
He really goes out of his way to make sure he give his clients what is in THEIR best interest.
