While it took a long time to get approved, find a house then get an increase, Lorinda, for the most part, was great. There were some customer service issues that could have been better but I expressed my self to her so she is aware.
Lorinda is great, she always answered our emails and calls. We had an amazing experience, we highly recommend her!

Trying to purchase a home through multiple entities was tough, but working with Lorinda made the experience doable for us!
Lorinda made herself available any time we had a question or needed help. She even worked on the weekend to help up submit an offer on our dream house!
If we had questions or needed anything, you could call or email Lorinda and get a response within minutes at times. You’ll never get that response time with a big bank lender.
We had some complexities in our finances that resulted in our having to almost continuously secure additional documentation throughout the process. We suggest that Tidewater should prepare for such complexities - after all, they were not terribly...
