Communicate a little more as far as I didn't know y'all was going to sell my mortgage to another mortgage company
She was willing to work with me on various hours of the day and always got back to me quickly. Additionally, she answered all my questions and concerns and was very patient with me. All in all a GREAT experience.
She listened to us.
