Kim, I am happy that we were introduced and we made your dreams a reality. It made me extra happy, since rescuing your loan created some rescue funds to a local dog charity. Now that is a win win!
They couldn't give me a locked in number prior to closing. Initially was supposed to be lower than who i was originally going with. When it wasn't the comment was made are you really going to be upset about $140.
