There were documents provided that then "disappeared" and were asked for again. i.e. the why do you have credit inquiries letter was sent and then asked for again. Lori was fine to work with but there seems to be a significant communication...

Lori and her team were excellent communicators. They were quick to respond when I had questions or concerns. Lori kept me informed when there were snags in getting to closing. She was also quite assiduous in making sure that we closed on time....
