There was additional paperwork many times... last minute stuff it seemed were needed. This should have been done on your end. I was asked to log into the IRS Tax Website to try and get paperwork. I have bought and sold many homes over the years...

The only issue was in the beginning there was some money I had to put in and had an agreement not to release it until I said so but they called the realtor and he said to release it. No reason why this should of happened.
