It wasn't an efficient easy closing. With 30 + days on a new build last minute closing wasn't acceptable .

Logan was extremely helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. was willing to walk through all the details and answer any questions we had. He was even able to accomodate a rushed closing and couldn't have been nicer about it....
