I actually enjoyed this process because my loan officer and processor were so pleasant and personable it was honestly a pleasure doing business with and meeting them both

our pay off's were not carefully reviewed. one of our pay offs was not addressed. When I bought this to there attention it was over looked and ignored , never spoken again. As though the situation was addressed when it was not. I had to comeout...
