Communication was outstanding! Logan made himself available for us not just during normal business hours but also at times when he was under no obligation to answer us!

I wasn't told I had to pay $4000 out of pocket to buy down the rate until the last second
Logan did a good job. You could tell he cared and wanted referral business in the future. When builders use loan officers that are not in the area, it is not that way.
