The time frame in which things were repaired and how understanding everything was.
Logan was very professional and prompt answering questions. I enjoyed his pleasant personality and it was a pleasure working with him.
The communication was lacking throughout the process. The main issue is that documents were requested by the processor multiple times because they were misplaced or lost, and that frustrated the buyer. When one document was still needed hours...

great communication and attitude
This was my first time purchasing or building a home. It was a little stressful at times but Logan always was willing to answer any questions that I had. It made the process a lot easier for me.
Closing occured on time and with accurate numbers expected.
Everyone was quick to communicate, kept us up-to-date, answered any questions we had, and took extra time to ensure things were done on time.
