Very Supportive throughout the whole process. Answered all questions from our loan officer to our mortgage processor to our loan closer and was generally helpful in shepharding us throughout the closing.

Better communication was definitely needed. My point of contact kept changing and it was frustrating. Never ever should the seller have to contact the loan agent to instruct them to reach out to their buyer.
