Liz worked really hard and kept me updated through the whole process, from pre approval all the way to close, explaining the math and all the details behind the scenes so I know what was going on

Liz was very responsive, however, there were issues at closing and after that Crosscountry could have handled better. The scheduled closing was pushed out a week late in the process so I would have expected that everything would be in order...
