Best mortgage experience I've had. Smooth and easy start to finish. Highly recommended. Part of the reason we weren't planning on buying a home was the usually long, drawn out, tedious mortgage process. This was quite the opposite.

Atlantic Bay did a great job overall. Coleman and Coleman needs to work on improving their processes, but their issues did not have any material impacts so really not a big deal.
