Lisa and her team were extremely responsive and got back to us within 24 hours, most of the time within an hour. The process was simple and we just uploaded all the documents needed to complete the refinance.
Great, quick process that we were happy with from start to finish! Her team is great to work with and answered any questions we had during the process. Very knowledgeable, professional and helpful as well.
