A little about me. I moved to Urbandale in 2005. With over 12 years of experience working on all sides of the transaction: as a lender, realtor, and for an attorney's office closing the loans.I am Master Certified Negotiation Expert, MCNE, and will use that designation to your advantage whether buying or selling your home. Less than 1% of Realtors nationwide have a MCNE designation. My passion is to negotiate a deal so that both sides feel that they have won.I am a co-owner of Staging 515, here in Des Moines.
