Communication during business hours and after business hours!
Buying a home is stressful! However, Lindsey and her team did a fantastic job of keeping us updated every step of the way and made the mortgage process so easy on us. We appreciate all of their advice and efforts along the way!
Actually answering or responding to voicemails, texts , and emails would have been a great start. Asking for all the appropriate documents all at once instead of a few her and a few there.
