    Very quick and efficient communication. Under promised and over delivered when it came to things like timelines (can take up to 72 hours, done the next day). Clear instructions and dialog.

    I specifically liked the constant updates as to where the buyers were in the loan process such as appraisal and then to under writing updates. Wish more lenders would do that! As the selling agent, sometimes we are just left in the dark
