Numerous documents were uploaded, that underwriting and process missed multiple times, even though they were labeled. Also understanding that there is a plethora of paperwork involved.

After trying to work with 5 other mortgage lenders over the past 3 years, and being ignored, ghosted, and blown off, I finally found Highland Residential Mortgage and that's when everything turned around.
Any time we had a question we received quick response times. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with.
The level of communication with us on the whole process was great, and the advice given was honest and kind.
