I requested my first mortgage payment to be delayed. I am still waiting for a response from headquarters. There needs to be more flexibility.
They provided updates, videos of explanation at different stages of the loan process and phone calls and emails for help. It was a very easy and efficient process. I always knew who to contact for questions or help.
Everything was great! Went smooth, quick, & as easy as possible. I can not recommend them enough.
