What would have made it better is knowing way back there first of September that our rate lock was not extended. We could have paid to lock it in much lower than we got in December, but we were not told.

Linda was very professional yet approachable. She was easy to work with and made things understandable. She also was quick and we had little to no stress the entire process. We would recommend Linda over and over again!

Born & raised in New Plymouth, Idaho, a small farming community, I developed a strong work ethic & passion for community involvement at a young age. I began my career in finance during high school, working as a part-time bank teller at First Interstate Bank. Then, after graduating from Eastern Oregon State College, I became a Management Trainee & relocated from La Grande to Bend before entering the mortgage industry in 1990.
