This is my 3rd transaction with Linda, and for good reason. Start to finish the process was smooth, no surprises. I like that.
Fast, easy process. No problems at all. Linda is a very knowledgeable and amazing person.
Linda was very professional yet personable to work with. The loan process went fairly smooth. She was always quick to respond to all my questions making it clear that she is very knowledgeable about the entire process.
I liked getting a lower house payment which allows us to do more upgrades to the house.
Made this such an amazing experience. So thankful!

I began my career in finance during high school, working as a part-time bank teller at First Interstate Bank. Then, after graduating from Eastern Oregon State College, I became a Management Trainee & relocated from La Grande to Bend before entering the mortgage industry in 1990. I’m proud to be a part of Evergreen Home Loans for over 30 years. I’m passionate about giving back to my community through homeownership & it’s a pleasure to make lifelong bonds in the process.
