Communication at the end of the process needed to be better. This can be a very stressful time and timelines were not communicated well and items were needed immediately which is hard for people.
Communication was good and made the process easy as it can be.
Linda Fay made the whole mortgage process very easy and less stressful. She was on top of everything and kept in contact with me through out the process. Highly recommend Linda for any mortgage needs.
Linda made my home buying experience very easy. Documents were also easy to sign online. I would recommend Linda to others who are considering purchasing a home.
