He was very detailed
To be asked to provide all the needed information once, or with an immediate follow-up when more needed. I felt there was a new request every week or so, after I had put away all the data and thought that job was complete.
Taking the unknowns out of the equation for me from moving halfway across the country to a new state/area, and being clear in what I needed to provide for documentation/etc. The whole process couldn't have gone much smoother!!
