The communication the explanations for certain things. How easy they made it for me to get a mortgage as a first time home buyer with full length definition on a lot of things through out the process of buying a home.

Les was so patient with me. He never made me feel bad if I didn’t know something or submitted documents wrong. He usually answered my questions before I even had to ask them. Absolutely excellent!
