The whole process felt very "salesy". I wasn't spoken to like an informed consumer, I was treated like I was being schmoozed the whole time. The experience was similar to buying a car which is probably to be expected, but not very comforting...

Quick, easy, and communication was excellent. We lived around an hour and half away from the office, so being able to process things online was awesome and cut down on travel and loss of time to complete any/all paperwork necessary.
