Austin communicated well with us through the entire process and answered all of our questions.
Lee Smith is the most qualified guy in the area for first time homebuyers and with reverse mortgages. For people like me, the uninitiated, he provides the information and guidance you need.
Open commmunication and how everyone was just so nice and answered any questions we had

Worked with Lee's team. Specifically Austin and Liz. Both were very kind, easy to work with, and extremely transparent about the process. Fairway is a great company to work with.
Open communication I had with Austin and Liz was by far the best. They explained everything in layman terms and never treated me like I was not knowledgeable or understanding .
