    Austin was so nice, he was there at signing. There was a mess up with the mortgage payment. Austin was on it talking to the bank and to the title company

    We had everything go wrong that possibly could go wrong, death of seller/builder, va complications, transferred to USDA then USDA technical problems but they pushed through all the problems and got us done.
