I answered the same questions multiple times to explain normal things. Final approval wasn't available until very late in the process.

Have the final disclosure ready 3-5 days before the closing, so that your clients can prepare funds in a timely matter. What if there's a delay in transferring funds that impacts the closing?

Lee and his whole team were very helpful, responded in a timely manner, and were always there to make me feel better about the whole home buying process. I don’t think I’d ever go with a different lender again.
