I refereed our clients to Tracy almost 2 months ago. My clients did not know what or where they would buy. Tracy kept in contact throughout the process. Then suggested they lock a rate just before they rose again.

Tracy was on time and prompt with getting all paperwork completed. He was communicating the entire time, did a great job educating us on our loan. Also made a great call locking in the interest rate and saved me 1% interest.
