Perhaps communicate with all mortgage applicants. Sometimes communications were with me only, Carol only, and then both. The banking instructions are an example of communication inconsistent communication.
Leanne was amazing to work with, and her team was equally as helpful. Fast responses, walking with me throughout the process. Would absolutely highly recommend!

Closing was smooth with no issues.
The communication was excellent. I never had any issue getting in contact with someone and was kept up to date with the loan process.
Leanne and her team were great to work with. They were available and in contact with us throughout the entire homebuying process. Their attention to details made our homebuying process seamless.
