Very efficient and always honest
The pre approval seemed to be a little excessive, more than some other mortgage companies. Once, we found a house the team was great. They all communicated and stayed with the process through out the deal which had some seller issues.
The communication and ease of the whole transaction was appreciated. The cookies sent to my home was definitely a personable touch which was awesome!! Everyone I dealt with along the way were professional and very easy to communicate with :)...
