Loan officer wasn't capable to take on loan request. Caused client time and money and client had to do all the work!
Laurie, thank you for being so patient with us. Doing this long distance and the first time in over 30 years was a little nerve wracking for me but you helped calm my apprehensions and made the process very easy.

Laurie was great. Rate and fees could have been lower
Laurie was AMAZING! I can’t say enough about how she went above and beyond to make us buying a house possible. She is excellent at her job and a very caring person. We could not have done this without her help.
