This is our second mortgage closing with Laurianne. We went back to here because the first experience was seamless and communication was on point.
This closing was a bit challenging due to our not being in Virginia with the other buyer. It would have helped had we known what documents we needed to provide from the beginning - there were three iterations and we still had to provide more...

Communication & knowledge was amazing! Every question was answered with professionalism. My mortgage officer made me feel like I was the most important client she had!!
Realize there are some sketchy people out there but if your net worth is 20 times the value of the property don’t think you need to get so down in the weeds with documentation
