Couldn't have asked for a better team helping me in this next chapter of my life.
Very professional. Sent us updates at each stage of the process which helped us know where we were at.
If in person meeting was not possible then there should have at least been specific phone appointments especially during difficult times. By the way, since my wife is a New Yorker too she still wants to meet you in person.
I would have preferred at least one person to person meeting
