This was a very smooth process. Everything went through in a very timely manner. I appreciated having them walk me through the process step by step. Someone was always available to answer my questions.

The experience was great! Easy and fast, very polite people that are with you throughout the process. Im happy In my new home.

I enjoy working with your team. You ladies make my life easier!!

The communication was fantastic throughout the process and the team helping to be a liaison with the listing agent at the finish line was more than I expected! Lauren’s team is amazing and I recommend them many times over.

Helped keep things on track when I was super busy at work but keep communication intact.

The constant communication, the professionalism and just hard at working to getting me to the finish line, informing me of my options in the loan process. I never saw me buying a home with such a large student loan debt and everyone else said...

I recommend Luminate Home Loans, my loan officer and processor heck the entire team working on my loan is beyond remarkable. Everyone kept me involved and communicated to me what was needed where I was in my loan process. I even got box labels...

I could always contact someone with any questions I had. The whole process was very easy.
