Every step was explained and responses to any questions I had were prompt.
We was updated frequently and very polite
Laura made me feel important and like a member of her own family. She knew how to handle all the things that got thrown into getting our loan. If I could rate her higher than a 10 I most certainly would. I’m really gonna miss her.
