I'm not sure, honestly, I wasn't really paying attention. we needed a job done and Laura got it done -no surprises, no big deal. However, the way this text box types is very annoying
Laura was not pushy on the refinancing our house. She was pleasant and provided great information and answers to the questions that we had. I would recommend Laura 10 out of 10 to my friends and family.

Laura was great! We were not pleased with the Appraiser and his report. He was $15K under. We disputed it because he hand wrote "no obvious improvements in the last 15 years". The sellers lived there for nine years and had completely updated...
