I do not want to leave a bad review, but I called, left messages, and text messages multiple times during the process and never once got a call back or response from Laura. The forms needed were requested through the app and that was it.

I felt like Laura had to many things going on. She would email us back or answer our question. She would just ramble on and at the end not answer the questions. This was over and over again. It was so frustrating.
