Good communication and being helpful.
Communication was constant and quick!
The communication and how easy it was to upload documents weee awesome. The milestone tracker didn’t follow the loan it stayed in underwriting until we closed on the milestones but other than that a great experience!
They made the process easy for us and communicated with us the whole time throughout the process.
