The process was painless. Emily was there with us every step of the way, even serving as a counselor at one point. She went above and beyond to help us through the process.
Communication was lacking, unless something was needed. I had lots if questions and just felt she wasn’t available. She was very personable as well as her staff, but communication needed to be better in my opinion
