Quick response on questions and kept us updated.
The whole process was an excellent experience. From the beginning being informed what I needed to do to get to where I wanted to be, to the end on closing day. Communication was outstanding and on point.
Even when I thought that nothing was being done on my account they were always working for me in the background and making sure that I got exactly what I needed.
Overall it was a pretty smooth process. Had a few hiccups for a variety of reasons and my main issue was how many different closing dates different people involved had when I had the same closing date the whole time. Ended up getting it all...
