    Others mortgage companies took days to a week to get back to me, but this team’s response time is exceptional. I never had to follow up to ask “did you get my email/call?”

    Better explanations of closing disclosure items such as interest rate buy down. I figured most of it out on my own. Document requests was extensive compared to my loan process just two years ago.
